摘要：Special subsheaves of tangent bundles of projective varieties often carry important geometric information on varieties. In this talk, I will focus on two related problems in the study of subsheaves of tangent bundles admitting certain algebraic positivity: (1) Fano manifolds with positive tangent bundles; (2) holomorphic foliations with positive tangent sheaves. In the talk, I will start with some motivations inspired by classical results. Then I will present the main problems that we are interested in and also the possible approaches to these problems. In particular, I will try to discuss various typical examples to illustrate what we may expect in general case.
